REFUND
Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded We will gladly adjust any service you receive within Three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your nails can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the technician who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
2. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
3. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELATION
You can give us a call at (847) 285 – 3211 (Schaumburg location) to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 3 hours in advance. For party packages, we ask you to make a 50$ deposit. Deposits are forfeited if you do not show up. You must notify us at least 3 days in advance for any package cancelation.
